About this mission
In April 2025, Trade Mission GBR travelled to Atlanta with a delegation focused on aviation, logistics and technology — three sectors where the Southeast US and West London have deep, complementary strengths. The programme combined meetings with Metro Atlanta Chamber, Georgia Department of Economic Development and Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport with sector roundtables on smart logistics, sustainable aviation and enterprise software. Delegates joined a British Consulate reception, took part in a Georgia Tech innovation tour, and held targeted one-to-one meetings with Atlanta-headquartered corporates. The mission generated 6 qualified B2B opportunities and a strong pipeline of follow-up engagements now being progressed by our members.
